A Day Off from Paddling – September 17, 2026

Rain was in the forecast, so Bill and I decided to take a day-off from paddling. We started off with breakfast at the Long Lake Dinner. Then we spent the morning at the Adirondack Museum, which tells the story of the rich history of the Adirondacks. In the afternoon, we visited the trolls at the Wild Center. After pizza for dinner at the Adirondack Hotel, we sat around the fire with the RICKA crew.
